Christina’s Easy Chicken Noodles

Hello, CC Readers! I’m sorry I haven’t put up a new recipe in an age. I’ve been super busy writing a new romance story! I finally reached “The End” of the first in the new series, but that doesn’t mean the work is over. Critique partners weigh in and then it’s time for edits, revisions, and polishing. After all that, then it’s time to query agents (if an author doesn’t already have one). Meanwhile, the author gets busy writing book #2! I’ve got a long way to go before publication. 😋

Too keep this site alive because I love it, I’ll post recipes from friends and family whenever they send one to me, along with my own when I can. Today’s delicious dish comes from one of my best friends’ daughter, Christina. She’s always cooking for a crowd, too! Cut this recipe in half if you need to. 😊

Christina’s Chicken Noodles

2-1/2 bags of Amish noodles (or your favorite egg noodles if you can’t find Amish)
1 jar of Better Than Bullion Chicken base
1 carton of organic (your preference) chicken broth
2 or 3 cooked chicken breasts or 2 cans of chicken
garlic powder, pepper, salt, onion powder (to taste)

Pour a gallon of water in a large pot
Add better than bullion base and organic chicken broth, stir together
Add your seasonings and allow to come to a boil
Once boiling add Amish noodles and chicken (with broth from cooked chicken or the canned chicken)

Cook together and stir occasionally until done (usually 10-12 minutes)Christina's Easy Chicken Noodles | Culinary Craftiness

I usually make mashed potatoes with it (sometimes homemade, depending on how much time I have). But you can make whatever you want with them. 😉

Hope you enjoy! 😊Christina's Easy Chicken Noodles | Culinary Craftiness
